Chicken Spaghetti- Easy Recipe

Chicken Spaghetti- Easy Recipe

Chicken Spaghetti – Easy Recipe

I love to make dishes that are easy and make enough to have for more than one night, or to share with someone else.  This is one of those recipes.  It is one of my family’s favorites.

I usually cook my chicken all day in the crock pot and that evening I mix everything together and bake.  It’s so easy.  You need to chop onions and green pepper (bell pepper) add garlic, and saute in butter until tender, turn off burner and add Worcestershire sauce.  Chop chicken, add onion, bell pepper and all other ingredients.  I also cut the cheese into pieces.  You can use more Worcestershire (I do) sauce but you might want to start with one tbsp. and go from there.  Mix everything together and bake in a large corning ware dish for 30 or 40 minutes at 350 degrees or until bubbly.  Enjoy!

2 medium onions

1 bell pepper

3-4 chicken breasts (cooked)

garlic powder  (to taste) I usually add three dashes to onion & pepper)

1 can cream of mushroom soup

1 can cream of celery soup

1/2 stick butter

1 (1 lb.) box of Velveeta cheese

1 can of mild Rotel

1 tbsp. Lea & Perrins Worcestershire Sauce

chicken broth (from cooked chicken) I use several tablespoons depending on the consistency of recipe

pepper to taste

1 can kernel corn (drained)

1 can green peas (drained)

1/4 – 1/2 package of 16 oz. package of Ronco spaghetti (cooked & drained)
